  9. Get 1/4 cup coriander/ cilantro and spring onion finely chopped
  10. Prepare 1/2 tea spoon soy sauce
  11. Get 1 tea spoon black pepper powder
  12. Take to taste Salt

Remove from skillet and set aside. Add egg, and cook until scrambled, stirring occasionally. Remove egg, and transfer to a separate plate. Set out additional soy sauce on the table, if desired.

Steps to make Fried Rice:
  1. Soak basmati rice for 20 min and cook rice with 1/2 teaspoon salt
  2. Take a big pot and heat up
  3. Add 2 table spoon of oil in a pot, once the oil is hot then add chopped onion sauté for 3-4 minutes on medium flame
  4. Add ginger garlic paste to it then add carrot, capsicum, green beans and green peas then sauté for 4-5 minutes
  5. Then add soy sauce and pepper powder to it sauté for 2-3 minutes and mix it well add salt as per your taste and turn off the heat, let it cool down a bit then add cooked rice to it
  6. Mix it really well and finally garnish with fresh coriander and spring onion and serve hot with tomato ketchup

Fried Rice is a combination of long grained rice, mixture of warm peas, carrots and onions with scrambled eggs mixed all together! You will not be getting take out any longer!
