- As the rolls are baking mix the pork with the spices form into patties.
- Heat a skillet and fry till done turning as needed.
- First turn.
- Bunch the patties to one side.
- Add the onion to the pan.
- Just before being done add the onions to the drippings add seasoned salt to the onions.
- Slice the tomatoes to size of the patties. Slice the pickle into chips.
- Add the onions to the top of the patties.
- When the rolls are done brush with butter and assemble the sliders. If making the rolls ahead of time separate them to cool faster.
- Tomato and pickle.
- I used mustard and ketchup.
- Add the patties with onions atop them.
