- Take 3 large tiger prawns
- Make ready 2 cloves garlic

- Cook the prawns and peppers for about 3 minutes from each side. Add pak choi to the sauce and let it cook for 2 minutes. Add peppers if they are ready. If needed add some water.
- Plate it up
Pan-grill the shrimp (you can go free-style or thread the shrimp on bamboo skewers like I did here) until cooked. In a bowl, toss shrimp and lime juice; set aside. Puree shallots, sugar, salt, lime leaves, nuts, garlic, chiles, and ginger in a small food processor. Satay is a flavor more common in Thai restaurants in America than in Thailand. We recommend that you use the largest prawns available, and fry them in a skillet or what we used (see pictures below) is a George Foreman Grill which is remarkably useful for this dish.
