Let them cook until they start to soften up a bit, then add the zucchini and yellow squash to the pan. Pop the lid on and let it cook fairly undisturbed for 3 or so minutes. Then add the seasonings and stir. Continue cooking until the squash is your desired tenderness (I usually cook mine for 10ish minutes). Then serve it up.
Stir in peas, salt, and pepper, and cook just until heated through. In a small bowl, combine the onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, cayenne, salt and brown sugar. In a large mixing bowl, toss squash with butter and olive oil. Stir in garlic salt and pepper; sprinkle with cheese. In a small bowl, combine the bread crumbs and melted butter or margarine; sprinkle over the top of the tomato mixture.
