- Soak red chillies,garlic cloves,dhania and jeera. Grind in a mixer.
- Boil potatoes till just tender.Peel them.
- Heat oil in a kadhai add asfoetida and mustard seeds.When they splutter add ground masaala.
- Add potatoes.Add the salt and turmeric. Stir well.
- Add garam masaala pdr.
- Cook well.Now is the time to add beaten curd.
- Mix well.Garnish with green coriander and serve hot.
