I ended up trying it and think it is the best potato salad I have ever had it was so good I had seconds and I HATE potato salad!!! Add potatoes, celery, onion and eggs and toss gently.   1. Chop potatoes bite size, boil with teaspoon salt until fork tender, not mushy
  2. In a bowl add chopped eggs, celery,onions, pickles, mix, add pepper paprika, garlic and onion powder, fold in mayonnaise, pickle juice, mustard
  3. After potatoes are done drain and cool when cool put in big bowl and fold in mayonnaise mixture
  4. Sprinkle paprika on top and chill couple hours or over night

My mama's potato salad is one of those delicious side dishes that goes with almost any meal. I also like the fact that you can serve it year-round, not just at a holiday dinner.
