- Using tongs, remove noodles and place in a large bowl. Then add bok choy, egg, mushrooms and chopped cilantro.
- Pour broth over noodles and enjoy immediately!
If you like veggies, feel free to experiment, otherwise just put in some torn up spinach or kale and/or some shredded. To be honest, this is what I'm feeling RIGHT NOW. And of course, let's not forget the star of the dish: ramen noodles. I like to use organic whole grain ramen noodles, but.
