- In a plate add two cups of bread crumbs for coating. You can also add 1tablespoon of bread in that mixture for binding.
- Now preparing the devils, take one sliced egg apply the mixture on the both side to seal the egg slices. Now dip that egg devil in the egg cornflour mixture and then roll it in the bread crumbs. Apply this process twice. As we are going to do this for double coating.
- Now heat a pan add good quantity of oil and deep fry each egg devils until gets brown on both sides.
- Once get fried keep it in a serving plate and sprinkle some black salt serve with tomato ketchup or mustard sauce and salad
