  7. Add the smashed potato to the mixed masala and mix it well for 2-3min. Then turn of the gas and add chopped coriander leaf to it and give it a mix.
  8. Rest the mixture for cool down. Take a bowl add 2tbs all purpose flour and little water to it. Prepare a semi watery mixture.
  9. Take the boiled egg coat the egg with the potato mixture then dip it in maida and water mixture then again coat it with breadcrumbs. - Prepare all eggs like this.
  10. Take a pan and heat the oil for frying. After oil is heated fry the prepared eggs. - Our egg devil is ready.
