  11. Take 1/4 cup dry white wine
  12. Take 1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth or homemade
  13. Take 1/4 cup heavy cream
  14. Take 1 hot sauce, such as franks brand
  15. Take 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  16. Prepare 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  17. Make ready 1 tbsp butter, salted or unsalted
  18. Take 4 oz cooked angel hair pasta
  19. Make ready 2 tbsp chopped fresh herbs, I used basil, parsley and chives
  20. Prepare grated parmesan cheese

  5. On a platter toss pasta with some sauce, top with chicken, add remaining sauce and serve. Garnish with more parmesan cheese to taste and fresh herbs.
